Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in project management and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of project activities and tasks
- Support project teams in maintaining project schedules
- Track project deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Organize project meetings including scheduling and preparing agendas
- Document project meetings and distribute notes to stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of project status reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
