About the Role

We are hiring entry-level associates who are eager to start their career in a structured fast-paced work environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are flexible reliable and ready to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Shift Options

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 1:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Available

Training Requirement:

All initial training will be conducted on 1st Shift (6:00 AM 3:30 PM)
After the initial 2 weeks additional On-the-Job Training (OJT) may occur on 1st or 2nd shift for 1 3 weeks depending on operational needs
Flexibility is required

Key Responsibilities

Learn and follow standard operating procedures
Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Maintain safety quality and compliance standards
Adapt to different shifts during training as required

Required Qualifications

Any Bachelors degree or equivalent
Fresher candidates encouraged to apply
Willingness to work flexible shifts during training
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic communication and teamwork skills

Work Authorization Requirement

Candidates must be a U.S. Person defined as one of the following:

U.S. Citizen
Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
Refugee or Asylee
Or otherwise eligible to obtain required export authorizations

Interview Details

Interviews held every Monday
9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Interviews are scheduled in 2-hour blocks (candidates may be present for the full duration)
