Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time CAD Operator to join our team in Florence SC. This on-site role supports architectural projects through the creation and maintenance of detailed drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented collaborative and eager to grow within a professional architectural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare modify and maintain detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
Assist with project layouts and design development
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with established design standards
Maintain organized project documentation
Collaborate with architects and other team members throughout all project phases

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Experience in Sketchup Adobe Photoshop and Lumion a plus
Proficiency in various computer applications including Microsoft Office
Relevant experience in architectural drafting and design preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
Education or additional qualifications in architecture or a related field are a plus
