JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Materials Management Analyst
LOCATION: San Antonio TX
PAY RATE: $30.16/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Assist in coordinating on-time delivery of parts and commodities per established schedules.
Collect and analyze data related to delivery schedules inventory levels and material requirements.
Update materials management information in internal systems and distribute updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate the flow of materials-related information across internal teams.
Identify and escalate potential material or schedule issues.
Support basic problem identification and reporting.

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with inventory management or supply chain processes.
Ability to lift push and pull up to 35 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
Willingness to work any shift (1st 2nd or 3rd) weekends and overtime.
Regular and predictable attendance required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree (or High School diploma with equivalent experience).
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Experience using GOLD / I-GOLD systems and NCM (Non-Conformance) systems.
