Job Summary

Job Title : Manager- Finance and Accounts

Experience : 7-10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle and review monthly/annual billing and statutory payments (SEBI IPFT ISF).
Manage TDS/bank reconciliations and ensure compliance for listing revenue.
Support month-end closing: revenue assurance provisioning doubtful debts.
Automate manual processes and prepare key MIS reports (Revenue GST Development).
Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and consultants.
Manage Investor Service Fund and Investor Protection Fund Trust accounting reporting and SEBI submissions.

Requisites:

Strong knowledge of financial reporting billing reconciliations and SEBI/GST/TDS compliance.
Good analytical and Excel skills with ability to automate processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
