Job Summary
Job Title : Manager- Finance and Accounts
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle and review monthly/annual billing and statutory payments (SEBI IPFT ISF).
- Manage TDS/bank reconciliations and ensure compliance for listing revenue.
- Support month-end closing: revenue assurance provisioning doubtful debts.
- Automate manual processes and prepare key MIS reports (Revenue GST Development).
- Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors and consultants.
- Manage Investor Service Fund and Investor Protection Fund Trust accounting reporting and SEBI submissions.
Requisites:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting billing reconciliations and SEBI/GST/TDS compliance.
- Good analytical and Excel skills with ability to automate processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
