A Leading Export Company is looking for candidates with experience in identifying and developing new overseas customers managing inquiries and supporting endtoend export sales processes to grow revenue and market reach in assigned regions.
Key responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads in international markets through online research trade portals fairs and networking.
Handle export inquiries: send company/product profiles prepare quotations follow up with prospects and convert them to regular buyers.
Maintain relationships with existing overseas customers; ensure timely responses order followups and service support.
Coordinate internally with production logistics and documentation teams for order execution shipment planning and export documentation support.
Track market trends competitor activity and pricing in target countries; share inputs for new markets and product opportunities.
Requirements
Required skill sets
2 years experience in international sales / exports / business development (experience in your product category is preferred).
Good understanding of basics of export procedures payment terms (LC advance CAD) Incoterms and shipping modes is an added advantage.
Strong communication and email writing skills; ability to interact confidently with overseas buyers.
Ability to research new markets generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Basic skills in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or leadtracking tools.
Selfdriven targetoriented and willing to learn international trade practices.
