Job Summary

The job location is in a Grand Mall Gurgaon
This is a Job in furniture retail

As the Retail Sales Manager for our furniture showroom you will be instrumental in establishing and growing our sales operations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up efficient sales processes enhancing the customer experience and driving early-stage sales growth.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships among architects professionals and customers for luxury interior products.
Gather data from regular interactions from customers about products prices and other factors that determine a customers willingness to convert into a purchaser
Diligently follow-up on all leads received from the marketing department
Meet mutually-set sales targets on a quarterly basis
Inventory tracking and reporting
Any administrative work related to the store
Set up meetings with clients architects interior designers etc who come to the store.
Ensure timely stock availability by constant follow ups.
Social media marketing auditing
Catalogue creation
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
Willingness to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Diploma/bachelors in fashion/interior design/product design

Skills required
Have previous retail experience in luxury retail
Are professional/native level of written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
have a knack for long term relation building with the customer
Cares about the customers pain points and resolves them as early as possible
Is pleasant and jovial by nature in order to engage the client
We lay great importance in confidence good ethics and honesty.
