Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to set up and lead our new furniture showroom. The role involves establishing sales processes driving customer experience and achieving early-stage sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the new showroom.
- Drive footfall through customer engagement initiatives and promotions.
- Handle walk-in customers understand requirements and guide them with product knowledge.
- Coordinate with factory/design teams to maintain an attractive and diverse product range.
- Optimize showroom layout for better visibility and customer flow.
- Set up end-to-end sales processes billing documentation follow-ups and order execution.
- Collaborate with logistics finance and production for smooth operations.
- Monitor sales performance KPIs and budgets; submit periodic reports.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in furniture retail / luxury retail / home interiors.
- Strong communication customer-handling and product knowledge skills.
- A self-driven go-getter with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a new and evolving setup.

With a successful 20-year track record in manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas they are now expanding into the Indian retail market with the launch of their first furniture showroom.
The company boasts a state-of-the-art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy alongside three factories dedicated to furniture manufacturing for both export and domestic markets. Spanning over 1.5 lakh square feet these factories employ over 500 skilled workers across various departments
