We are recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager Revenue Accounting to join a leading airline company based in Malta. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in airline revenue accounting and people management looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities

Support and oversee daily airline revenue accounting operations

Lead coach and support a team to ensure accuracy compliance and performance targets

Manage revenue reconciliation reporting and variance analysis
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and operations
-
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements
-
English C2 (CEFR) mandatory
-
Solid experience as a Team Leader in airline revenue accounting roles mandatory
-
Management experience is required
-
Strong knowledge of airline revenue accounting processes
-
Ability to work on-site in Malta

Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
Only candidates with proven Team Leader experience in revenue accounting roles within airline companies will be considered.
