We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Service Manager KYC Verification Manager to join their growing team in Malta. The successful candidate will lead the KYC Verification function within Customer Service ensuring high standards of customer experience regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the KYC Verification and Customer Service teams

Improve customer service experience while ensuring full KYC/AML compliance
-
Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
-
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies aligned with service and compliance goals
-
Develop service and KYC procedures policies and standards
-
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verification actions
-
Optimize chat and support channels to drive efficiency and growth
-
Design workflows and staffing strategies for the KYC and CS functions
-
Review transcripts and KYC cases to provide coaching and quality feedback
-
Analyze performance and compliance metrics and compile reports
-
Recruit mentor and develop team members
-
Stay ahead of industry regulatory and technology trends
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or KYC / Compliance Team Lead

Strong background in online or fintech environments
-
Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes and regulations
-
Fluent in English
-
Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills
-
Experience with customer service and verification tools/systems
-
Strategic detail-oriented and customer-focused
-
Degree in Business Administration Law Finance or related field
