Job Summary

Main Duties:
- Assist with renewing policies and issue new policies to strengthen and increase
the Motor and Personal Lines departments insurance portfolio and ensuring that customers receive a good service as expected - Assist with sourcing Motor and Personal Lines quotations from different insurance companies to get the best policy suited for the clients needs based on their requirements
- Build and maintain business relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist in notifying insurance companies of changes affecting insurance coverage as required by the client
- Assist with processing of transactional information in both the insurers and
internal systems and compiling statistical data for reports as and when required - Assist the rest of the Motor & Personal Lines Department with any other duties
- Follow up with debtors on a regular basis
- Commit to continuous professional learning and development
What skills do you need
- Minimum of post-secondary level of education
- Preference will be given to applicants with MCAST Advanced Diploma in Insurance CII qualification or University Degree
- At least 1-year experience in an insurance technical environment especially on
motor and personal lines risks are required - To show accuracy and attention to details
- Have good verbal and written skills and good interpersonal skills
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
