Job Summary
HR Assistant
At Manuchar everything revolves around growth of our business but even more of our people. To strengthen our HR team in Antwerp we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Assistant who wants to support and shape our talent and learning initiatives.
What will you do
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment journey: attract candidates guide them through the process and ensure a smooth and positive experience at every step.
- Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs campus recruitment and social media content.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees ensuring all administrative requirements are completed and coordinating a smooth and welcoming first-day experience.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in our HR systems ensuring timely and correct administrative follow-up.
Learning & Development:
- Support internal training programs through planning logistics registrations attendance tracking and evaluations.
- Follow up on training results gather feedback and contribute to improving our learning platform.
- Maintain all L&D-related administration and ensure information is accurate and up to date in our systems.
- Contribute to inspiring L&D projects such as workshops keynote sessions HR campaigns and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Who are you
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR ideally with a focus on recruitment or learning & development.
- You hold a bachelors or masters degree in HR Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- You are highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You communicate clearly and professionally and you are fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish or French is an asset.
- You are familiar with HRIS tools and MS Office and feel comfortable learning new systems (ATS LMS digital tools AI assistants).
- You work proactively deliver strong service and remain effective in a rapidly evolving global environment.
