Projective Group is looking for an HR Support Officer to temporarily join our this role you will provide essential support across various HR processes ensuring smooth operations and excellent employee experience.

What will you do
Your key responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare employment contracts set up new hires in HR systems (HiBob) manage onboarding tasks and support offboarding processes.
HR Administration & Employee Support: Handle incoming questions via the HR mailbox (e.g. leave requests sickness notifications general HR questions)
Work Permits & Compliance: Manage work permit applications and renewals ensure legal compliance for international employees and maintain accurate documentation.
Overall Admin process: Verify timesheets and attendance records to ensure accurate payroll input follow up on anomalies etc.
Absence & Leave Management: Register absences and leaves in E-blox HR monitor sickness reporting and ensure correct data for payroll and compliance.
Fleet Management: Assign and manage company cars coordinate car returns follow up on damage reports and liaise with MobilityPower for fleet-related issues.
Your Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources.
Experience with HR systems (E-blox HR knowledge is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
Familiarity with work permits and fleet management processes is a plus.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Capable of working autonomously and taking initiative combined with strong team collaboration skills.
