The HR Specialist Wellbeing and Inclusion will lead and support initiatives aimed at fostering a healthy inclusive and engaging work environment. This role involves managing ongoing wellbeing and inclusion projects engaging with diverse communities developing strategic communication materials and supporting the delivery of key organizational objectives related to employee wellbeing and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
Lead a number of ongoing Wellbeing and Inclusion projects such as the Wellbeing Fairs 2026 and the development and rollout of an Agency Psychological Safety approach;
Manage all Wellbeing and Inclusion Communities and oversee all their activities/communications ensuring coherency with our strategy and consistency across all communities and identifying opportunities for collaboration;
Support in the development of the 2025 Annual Wellbeing and Inclusion Report including the collection and analysis of relevant data and upskilling of relevant stakeholders;
Develop and deliver Wellbeing and Inclusion briefings/awareness sessions and support with the overall learning approach including development of learning materials and collaboration with Corporate Academy;
Coordinate the creation of internal and external communications materials such as brand identity packs for Staff Resource Groups How2Guides checklists brochures toolkits etc.;
Lead and support in other OD&C activities and projects as necessary for the delivery of the CPO Operational Plan commitments
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
At least 3 years of work experience relevant for Wellbeing and Inclusion
Excellent level of verbal and written English
Experience of managing delivering and supporting projects including interventions and initiatives
Experience of managing different communities such as employee networks/Staff Resource Groups
Experience engaging with stakeholders of all levels including leadership
Organisation skills ability to be proactive and take ownership
Self-motivated personlity with a positive growth mind-set
