Temporary contract 4 to 6 months replacement from March 2026 HR Advisor for the Brussels AFIG practice

We are looking for a temporary HR Business Advisor for a maternity cover of 4 o 6 months in the HR Team in Brussels as of March 2026.

Job description:

You are client-oriented and internationally minded HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering a qualitative people service in an international environment.

You will be active in recruitment related activities and coordinate the full recruitment life cycle from execution to reporting together with the teams recruiter. This for the Antitrust and Foreign Investment practice group.

You will be active in welcoming and guiding new joiners managing leavers and seconding people working in and out of our Belgian office to different parts in the world.

You will act as the HR point of contact for lawyersand Business Services staff on any HR related topics and support them resolving issues.

You will support transactional and transformational HR projects around performance management health and wellbeing and remuneration.

You will be part of a team and report directly to the head of HR Belgium and in specific areas to Partners and Managers.

Profile:

  • You preferably have a Master degree and are business minded.
  • You have at least 3 years work experience in a professional servicing role in which your people management skills made a difference.
  • You are a flexible and pragmatic team worker and possess good communication project management and organisation skills.
  • You are meticulous in your work and are demanding in the level of quality you deliver.
  • A thorough knowledge of English is an absolute must.
  • You have good MS Office related skills and can independently compile reports.
