Job Summary

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring that the partys messaging is successfully communicated on social media channels to the appropriate audiences
Assisting with implementing the partys social media strategy
Ensuring the party finds new opportunities and is responsive to voters on all social media channels

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or related field (advantageous)
Experience in managing social media brands
Knowledge of social media trends
Knowledge of the partys policies
Computerliteracy particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

Written and verbal communication

Abilities:

Create content
Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
