The role
Your primary focus is exclusively dedicated to the entrepreneurs professional and personal requirements. You will act as a trusted lieutenant ensuring his focus remains on high-level strategy while you manage the operational and lifestyle logistics. The daily nature of the work is highly personal direct and varied.
Key responsibilities
- Executive & Lifestyle partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for the entrepreneur managing a fluid and often complex daily schedule.
- Property & Portfolio support: Assist in managing a diverse property portfolio in the Western Cape including logistics tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
- High-level research: Conduct research into new business ventures investment opportunities or travel presenting findings in a clear concise manner.
- Stakeholder liaison: Represent the entrepreneurs interests with various stakeholders ensuring all communication is handled with extreme politeness and professional grace.
- Confidential documentation: Manage sensitive documents with absolute discretion.
- Project coordination: Assist in the execution of unique business projects from international brand collaborations to local community initiatives.

- Local presence: Ideally based in the Cape Winelands (Paarl Stellenbosch) or surrounds. While the work is mostly remote the ability to meet locally for face-to-face updates is essential.
- Detail obsessed: You understand that excellence is found in the details. You are organized by nature and rarely let a task slip through the cracks.
- Native English speaker: Excellent writing and speaking skills are non-negotiable. Additional languages like German French or Spanish are a bonus.
