The Role: Administrator / Compliance Officer
This role exists to provide essential administrative and compliance support to a busy team of UK-based recruitment consultants. Youll be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is up to date accurately recorded and compliant across various platforms. This is a detail-oriented role requiring a calm and organised approach to handling multiple daily tasks within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 12 years of administrative experience required
- Chase and collect compliance documents from candidates and file them on internal systems
- Enter data accurately across different platforms
- Conduct reference checks and follow-ups
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries with professionalism
- Submit monitor and manage weekly timesheets
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and CRM systems
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
About You
- 12 years experience in an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Highly organised with strong task prioritisation skills
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable in a high-pressure fast-moving environment
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive mindset
