About the Role

As an Executive in Hong Kong you will be at the forefront of client engagements supporting high-profile transactions and strategic communications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Market Monitoring: Track client and sector news alerting internal teams and clients in real time to key developments in financial markets and capital transactions.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on companies industries and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines prepare meeting notes and ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
• Media Relations: Develop journalist background briefings curate media lists and support outreach to enhance client visibility.
• Competitive Analysis: Identify emerging trends and benchmark competitors to keep clients ahead in the market.
• Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for investor days earnings announcements and other high-profile events.
• Visibility Opportunities: Spot and assess opportunities to elevate client profiles across media and stakeholder channels.
• Networking: Begin building a professional network in Hong Kongs financial and advisory community.

What Were Looking For

We seek smart curious individuals with strong analytical and communication skills. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience: At least 2 years in corporate advisory financial communications investment banking capital markets or related fields.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of financial situations transactions and market dynamics.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively and solve problems under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional research writing and verbal communication abilities.

• Campaign Experience: Proven experience in managing or supporting strategic campaigns is highly desirable.
