About Symbiotic
Symbiotic is the universal staking protocol enabling protocols to streamline decentralizing their stack. Symbiotic enables creating fully custom or templated staking integrations leveraging any asset and features such as slashing redistribution (liquid) restaking as well as native staking. Over 40 teams including Spark Hyperlane and Avail are building on Symbiotics universal staking primitives secured by over $1bn in TVL.

The Role
We are currently searching for a Senior Golang Engineer who will play a pivotal role in development of our Relay( product.
What youll do
Participate in all phases of backend and protocol development including requirements analysis software design implementation documentation and unit testing.
Communicate effectively with the team and company partners.
Integrate new features into the existing codebase.
Contribute to the estimation planning and execution of projects features and integrations.
Review code written by other team members.
Who you are
At least 3 years of experience in software engineering with Golang and Blockchain
Expertise in CS fundamentals including data structures databases and API design
Strong working experience with distributed systems
Experience with LibP2P Solidity and core protocol development is an advantage
Proficient with Docker and familiar with GitHub CI/CD and basic Kubernetes
Writes solid unit and integration tests using Go or similar frameworks
Understands and applies software security best practices
Organized and collaborative with experience using tools like ClickUp for project management
