The Cluster HR Business Partner South (HRBP) serves as a trusted HR advisor and a proactive partner to designated clusters within the EPM region. This role supports line managers and employees by providing HR guidance fostering company values and contributing to business success. The Junior HRBP ensures a strong understanding of business priorities and HR practices to deliver impactful solutions.
The position reports to the Associate Director HR Business Partner North & South EPM and may involve occasional international travel.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad range of HR services primarily in recruitment talent development employee engagement performance management compensation and benefits and individual employee matters for assigned business areas.
- Act as a reliable HR point of contact linking people initiatives to business objectives.
- Build effective relationships with managers providing support and guidance on people plans aligned with business and HR strategies.
- Monitor organizational climate and provide timely HR advice.
- Assist managers in identifying development needs and propose suitable solutions such as on-the-job learning stretch assignments mentoring coaching training programs and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate and implement local development programs for employees.
- Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Excellence when required.
- Maintain expertise in local HR policies practices and procedures ensuring compliance with local legislation.
- Support managers and employees in applying HR processes and tools through coaching and guidance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of HR experience preferably in an international environment and ideally within biotech/pharma.
- Solid understanding of HR disciplines including talent acquisition compensation employee relations diversity and performance management.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive solution-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High integrity confidentiality and alignment with Medison DNA and values.
- Cultural adaptability and sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams.
