Howyoullmake an impact
- Oversee and manage the HR front office team inBulgaria including performance management coaching and development;
- Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of HR services inareaof responsibility (employee live cycle from hire to retirement compensation & benefits time & absencepayrollandsocial security) adhering to local regulations and company policies;
- Drivesuccessful HR delivery within agreed end-to-end SLAs;
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiriesregardingHR policiesproceduresand processesin the area ofresponsibility;
- Manage HR data entry andmaintaindata integrity within HRIS platforms;
- Represent the HR Operations function and collaborate with local management and the rest of the HR community on new local business requirements and project ensuring design and implementation of operationally sound processes and assessing impact on existing ones;
- Identifyopportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction within HR operations;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws data privacy regulations (GDPR) and internal company policies;
- Support internal HR projects and initiatives asrequiredand manage relationships with external HR service providers and vendors where applicable.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration ora relatedfield;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration with at least 5 yearsina leadershipor managerial role.
- Strong understanding oflocallabor law employmentregulationsandproficiencyin HRIS systems;
- Fluency inBulgarianand English (both written and spoken) is essential;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels;
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team and strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement;
- Lean Six Sigma Green Beltwould be a plus.
