Position Responsibilities:
Understand overall vision and goals to execute and implement sales activities.
Build excellent relationship with branches to deliver top-notch service quality
Spearhead all lead generation initiatives
Campaign management
Align sales activity management with strategy to achieve business plan.
Ensure sales process quality to minimize fraud and customer complaints.
Manage overall manpower and resourcing plan based on sales KPIs.
Drive Sales and achieving assigned Sales targets
Support Sourcing & Selection and create a talent pipeline
Provide necessary training/coaching and supervision to Insurance Specialists to ensure success of insurance sales at bank branches
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years working experience at least five years with insurance- experience in the life insurance industry
Bachelors degree in business finance marketing education or equivalent
