Immersive Technologies the worlds largest supplier of mining equipment simulators has deployed solutions in more than 50 countries working closely with mining operations and equipment manufacturers to address real industry challenges related to safety productivity reactive maintenance and workforce capability. Due to continuous business growth across multiple regions we are seeking an experienced Advisor - Business Improvement and Integration for the Asia region.
The Role
As part of a global Professional Services team the Advisor leverages expertise in training consulting operations and workforce development to help mining clients achieve tangible improvements using Immersive Technologies products and services. The role is dynamic with responsibilities including:
- Managing a portfolio of clients by understanding their operations challenges and key personnel.
- Developing and implementing tailored training curriculums to maximise the value of Immersive Technologies solutions.
- Analysing data from multiple sources to create action plans aligned with client goals.
- Presenting product information and training outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively identifying new business opportunities that provide value to clients.
- Supporting alignment of customer processes and workforce development best practices.
- Applying Continuous Improvement Project Methodologies SimMetrics analytics Workforce Development Planning and Training Systems Integration.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a training and/or consulting role.
- Knowledge of mining operations and processes.
- Strong presentation skills across multiple organisational levels.
- Ability to analyse data and drive organisational changes.
- High attention to detail in presentations reporting communication and procedures.
- Passion for problem-solving and delivering measurable client results.
- Technical Simulator and SimControl software familiarity (TrainerADVANTAGE Levels 13 preferred).
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Business Advising Systems Integration Consultation or Mine Training Technology Implementation.

Travel Requirements
The position requires approximately 40% travel depending on business needs.
