Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience is preferred
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Good commercial acumen is an advantage
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower grade position

Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify property development opportunities along existing and future railway lines
- Participate in the master planning process for optimal and sustainable property development including conducting feasibility studies and preparing master layout plans for statutory and non-statutory submissions
- Work with multi-disciplinary consultants on planning urban design and technical assessments such as traffic and environmental aspects
- Communicate with government authorities for approval of statutory submissions and endorsement of non-statutory proposals
- Liaise with stakeholders and partners in the project planning and implementation stages
- Monitor planning news for senior managementand build a knowledge base for analysis
