Job Summary

The People Operations Coordinator will be a key part of helping HR with its processes and projects making sure that employees have a great experience from the time they are hired until they leave. This job is perfect for people who care about people-centered operations improving processes and developing organizations. To do the job well you need to be very professional keep things private pay attention to details and be service-oriented.

Main Duties:

Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to firing to changes in employment status

Keep HRIS and personnel records up to date making sure they are correct and private.

Help with payroll benefits administration and open enrollment tasks

Set up programs to recognize and get employees involved.

Help with audits compliance activities and reporting

Answer questions from employees about HR policies benefits and pay.

Help with hiring scheduling interviews doing background checks and writing offer letters

Keep track of attendance timekeeping and leave of absence.

Help with projects to improve policies and processes as needed

Make HR documents presentations and communications


Necessary Skills:

A bachelors degree in business administration human resources or a related field (or the same amount of experience)

2 or more years of experience in an administrative HR or people operations role

Knowing how to use HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Great skills in organizing getting along with others and talking to people

Strong focus on details and a dedication to making sure data is correct

Ability to deal with private information in a professional way

You must live in the U.S. to apply (applications from outside the U.S. will not be looked at)


Pay: $55000 to $75000 a year.
