Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

Act as a liaison to Jones Lang LaSalle support services and other account team members.
Assists with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to create and upkeep work orders with technical staff managers engineers vendors or other service providers.
Manage work order inspection reports
Assist with process oriented tasks
Support site closures and transaction sale process
Schedule site final walkthroughs and site turnovers
Coordinate vendor landlord and buyer requests
Utility site tracking
Storm event monitoring
Intermediate level Excel skills
Must exhibit superior customer service skills with professionalism and high level service orientation.
Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations.
Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Jones Lang LaSalle performance.
Ensures appropriate follow up with customers.
Demonstrate leadership responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
Seeks to continuously improve processes systems and overall client satisfaction.
Provides direction/information to vendors facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
Lend assistance associated with all building services as needed.
Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.


Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities -

High School education or undergraduate degree preferred.
Superior customer service skills and orientation.
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
Proficient in Excel Google sheets Google Drive and possess strong written verbal and people skills.
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
