Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the companys brand and introduce insulated panel solutions to architects consultants developers and contractors.
  • Conduct technical presentations provide solution-based consultations and promote product inclusion in project specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: architects consultants project developers main and subcontractors.
  • Develop a pipeline of new projects track opportunity progress and ensure achievement of monthly KPIs.
  • Manage and update CRM systems including potential customers project pipelines and market information.
  • Gather market data analyze competitor activities and monitor industry trends.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Managers to track project progress analyze specification status and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Provide technical support and product training to customers and installation partners.
  • Contribute ideas for new product development and market expansion initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project sales preferably in the building materials industry; experience in insulation materials is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills; good command of English.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Business-driven proactive creative and capable of building long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends and green building materials is a plus.
