Our client is a well-established industrial enterprise seeking an experienced professional to strengthen its commercial and technical team.
Expand business opportunities by generating leads engaging customers and securing new accounts using a structured and consultative sales approach.
Conduct routine customer visits for service delivery and sales development ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of activities targets and outcomes.
Identify emerging customer needs and market opportunities and propose customized solutions that effectively address operational and technical challenges.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by improving service quality reviewing performance data and following up on action plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
Deliver on-site technical support services such as water quality testing equipment calibration system inspections and basic maintenance or repairs.
Collaborate with internal technical specialists on site assessments water analysis troubleshooting installation support and after-sales activities.
Complete all required technical and commercial training programs including both classroom and online courses within assigned deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree is required preferably in engineering disciplines (chemical mechanical environmental) or natural sciences (chemistry biology).
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales with strong exposure to after-sales service and long-term customer relationship management.
Prior experience in water treatment hygiene solutions or environmental health and safety industries is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Comfortable working in industrial environments including exposure to noise chemicals and on-site operations.
Highly self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and work demands.
