Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Chemistry Engineering (Chemical/Civil) or Business with technical experience.
- 35 years in sales distribution referrably within construction chemicals adhesives or building materials with Proven success in distributor management and industrial end-user sales.
- Deep knowledge of silicone and polyurethane (PU) technologies and applications.
- Proven ability to hit targets through proactive lead generation and CRM usage (Salesforce/SAP).
- Skilled in analyzing competitor activity and inventory management.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
- A self-motivated hunter who thrives in a fast-paced field environment.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols and business confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit distributors and sites.
