About Mindstorm Studios: Mindstorm Studios is the powerhouse developer behind some of the worlds top-charting mobile games partnered with Lion Studios (Tripledot). We dont just make games; we make global phenomenons.
You will be scaling proven hits including:

Hexa Sort: Our $200M/year hybrid-casual giant with 35M downloads 1.3M DAU and peak daily revenues of $500000.
Arrows Out: A fast-growing logic puzzle hit with over 1M monthly downloads since its late-2025 release.

The Role: We are looking for an elite data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager based in Vietnam to own our ad spend. Working closely with our production and creative teams you will have total autonomy to define marketing strategies run campaigns and scale our user base globally.

What You Will Do:

Scale Massive Budgets: Plan execute and manage high-ROI user acquisition campaigns across top ad networks (AppLovin ironSource Meta Google Ads TikTok etc.).
Data Deep-Dives: Track and analyze key metrics (ROAS LTV CPI IPM) using tools like Adjust Firebase and Looker to continuously optimize performance.
Creative Strategy: Work with the creative team to drive A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives to crush fatigue and improve scalability.
Market Leadership: Identify new traffic sources targeting methods and emerging industry trends to keep Mindstorm ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience in Mobile Game UA (Hypercasual or Hybrid-casual experience is highly preferred).
Budget Mastery: Proven track record of managing and scaling large monthly ad budgets profitably.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust/AppsFlyer) and BI/Analytics tools (Firebase Looker).
Language: Communication in English.
Mindset: Highly autonomous proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
