Job Summary

Our client is a global technology group specializing in telecommunications and ICT solutions currently seeking an experienced professional to join its team.

Develop and manage overall project plans including master schedules implementation roadmaps task breakdown and resource allocation.

Control project scope quality and EHS standards ensuring alignment with agreed deliverables and quality expectations before project kickoff.

Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead project communication with both external parties such as customers and subcontractors and internal teams including sales engineering finance HR procurement administration and contracts. Organize and facilitate regular project meetings and progress reviews.

Handle project changes beyond contractual scope by coordinating with customers to manage variations and identify potential commercial opportunities.

Identify project risks and dependencies implement mitigation actions and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on delivery.

Support pre-sales and bidding activities by working closely with sales teams to prepare project proposals delivery plans schedules scopes of work service contracts and acceptance criteria.

Oversee subcontractor management including selection training delivery alignment timeline control and coordination from procurement through payment stages.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within the telecommunications industry with hands-on exposure to deployment projects for telecom operators in Vietnam.

Strong structured thinking with the ability to manage complex projects combined with effective communication execution capability resilience and a proactive mindset.

Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and project management processes. PMP certification is an advantage.

Proficient in PC and office applications including project management and diagramming tools.

Bachelors degree or higher in Telecommunications Computer Engineering Electronics or related disciplines.

Good command of English in speaking reading and writing. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.
