Job Summary
Were looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support our Sales Team with inbound & outbound calls lead follow-ups research work and updating House & Land package data. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the residential construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Conduct follow-ups on leads to support conversions
- Assist with research on land availability estates & pricing
- Help create and update House & Land package data
- Maintain CRM records and support the sales team with admin tasks
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication & phone handling skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Word)
- Organized proactive and eager to learn
- Interest in sales or real estate is a plus
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong phone etiquette and confidence in handling calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word).
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred
- Interest in real estate construction or sales.
- Experience in customer service or telecalling (not mandatory).
