This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations with the opportunity for a full-time role.
Employment Type: Full time Onsite
Location: Johar Town G4 Lahore
Timings: 10AM-7PM
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records attendance leave data and HR documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees including collecting documents and preparing employee files.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in preparing employment letters and other documentation.
- Help maintain and organize HR databases files and records.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives..
Requirements
- Bachelors degree completed or currently in progress in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and administrative operations.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
