Job Summary
Job Title: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Location: Ashburn VA
Shifts Available: Days (MonFri) 09:15 AM 04:45 PM
Local Pay Rate: $24/hr
Contract Length: 29 Weeks
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPersonal Care Assistantfor an exciting Travel or Local job inAshburn VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 personal care support including mobility toileting safety monitoring
Assist the student during classroom learning transitions and school activities
Implement behavior and instructional strategies directed by teacher/BCBA
Maintain a safe respectful and inclusive learning environment
Support documentation and communication with education staff
Demonstrate patience professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with children or students in a school or care setting
Ability to assist with personal care and physical support tasks
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Must be able to remain on feet and assist with lifting as needed
Background check and onboarding through LCPS required
Male candidates preferred due to student-specific needs
