Job Responsibilities:

Participation on a Tumor Board
Management of Bone Marrow Transplants
Order Tests and Images
Prescribe necessary medications
Management of VAD/CV Catheters
Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies
Administer Chemotherapy alongside Nurse Oncologist

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
Demonstrated competency in both disciplines
Active Indiana State License
BLS Certification
Willingness to pay a $25k conversion fee

License and Certification Requirements:

Active IN State Medical License - Required
Board Certification - Required
BLS Certification - Required
