Job Responsibilities:
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Management of Bone Marrow Transplants
- Order Tests and Images
- Prescribe necessary medications
- Management of VAD/CV Catheters
- Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies
- Administer Chemotherapy alongside Nurse Oncologist
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Demonstrated competency in both disciplines
- Active Indiana State License
- BLS Certification
- Willingness to pay a $25k conversion fee
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active IN State Medical License - Required
- Board Certification - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
