Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during surgeries
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and provide necessary care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in anesthesiology
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or related field
- Current and valid CRNA certification
- Experience in anesthesia administration and patient care
- Strong knowledge of anesthetic techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Schedule: 8 10 12 or 24-hour shifts
Level III trauma
15 anesthetizing locations
Cases: OB everything else except ENT pediatrics and neuro
Will perform regional blocks and lines
