Work Setup: On-site or Remote (country-dependent)
Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour rotational shifts
Relocation: Full relocation package provided for candidates moving abroad
About the Role
We are looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our international client this role you will support customers via phone email and chat ensuring a high-quality customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support in German across multiple communication channels

Assist with product/service inquiries troubleshooting and account information

Deliver professional friendly and efficient service

Follow company guidelines processes and quality standards

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level)

Good command of English (B1 or higher)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
