Marketing Governance Lead (12-Month Internal Secondment)
Location: Sydney Brisbane or Melbourne

About the Role 12-month internal secondment opportunity for a Marketing Governance Lead within our Customer Experience function specifically in the Brand & Marketing area.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and consistency of Suncorp Groups Insurance brands across all channels and applications.
As the custodian of our brands you will provide governance frameworks advice and support to maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the brand governance framework for Suncorp Groups Insurance brands ensuring consistent execution across all mediums and customer touchpoints.
Collaborate on Consumer Insurance brand guidelines and provide expert advice.
Manage and optimise the AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for seamless asset organisation and compliance.
Design and implement Adobe workflows driving continuous optimisation and integration with business processes.
Support business-critical projects and initiatives across the Group.
Manage budgets and invoicing while maintaining strong commercial acumen.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders agencies and third-party partners.
About You
Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
5 years experience in brand management marketing and activation (client or agency side).
Strong strategic marketing and leadership capabilities.
Exceptional communication consulting and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to deliver results manage budgets and meet deadlines.
Deep understanding of marketing data ROI management and analytics.
Passionate about brand and marketing with a natural curiosity for innovation.
