Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the Colleges Marketing and Development Plan.
- Drive campaigns and maintain College style and branding standards.
- Oversee marketing budgets and monitor media activity.
- Align marketing initiatives with enrolment goals in partnership with the Enrolments Manager.
- Build relationships with local primary schools and support enrolment and transition processes.
- Lead alumni engagement events and communication.
- Coordinate key College marketing events and support staff to ensure alignment with College values.
- Uphold and promote Child Safety requirements in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
- Experience in strategic marketing and communications with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to represent and promote the Catholic ethos and culture of John Paul College.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering costeffective campaigns.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media; experience with SIMON EMS360 OneNote and Teams is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and required safety checks (WWCC and National Criminal Record Check).
- Commitment to Child Safety Standards and ensuring a childsafe environment.

Position Details:
- Full-time ongoing position
- Commencing as soon as possible
- Category C Education Support Employee under the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 with an entitlement of 7 weeks leave per school year.
- Flexibility to meet operational needs; some out of hours work (including weekends) will be required.
