Job Summary

Description

What youll do

Plan and schedule build resources using MS Project (or equivalent) ensuring all client requests are met.
Coordinate all job lifecycle activities including site readiness consents material ordering and subcontractor management.
Manage job documentation RFS commitments risks and SLAs to ensure accurate reporting and delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on progress risks and challenges.
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance project performance and contract margin.

What were looking for

Experience in build planning scheduling or project coordination within utilities telecoms construction or related sectors.
Strong ability to plan coordinate and integrate activities across the full job lifecycle.
Proficiency with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage risk quality cost and schedule to drive strong project outcomes.
