What youll do
- Lead and support agile DevOps-led iterative delivery across the Genesys Cloud platform
- Support the Platform Technology Manager with strategic backlog planning roadmaps product maps and customer journeys
- Act as a subject matter expert across Genesys Cloud features configuration and ongoing refinement
- Provide technical consultation thought leadership and guidance to internal stakeholders and end-user communities
- Drive risk compliance and operational resilience activities including BCP and disaster recovery planning
- Proactively reduce incidents improve platform stability and drive call avoidance initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis and identify opportunities to automate and optimise legacy processes
- Contribute to customer roadmap delivery and the development of management information and dashboards
- Participate in on-call support as required
What youll bring
- Exceptional understanding of agile frameworks and iterative delivery in complex multi-customer environments
- Strong technical capability across Genesys Cloud including call flow design WEM conversational IVR and platform optimisation
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations and customer experience platforms
- Experience contributing to product roadmaps backlog delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
- Data analytics capability and experience building or contributing to operational dashboards and insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to adapt to evolving technologies and priorities
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Business or equivalent experience (ITIL certification desirable)
- A collaborative customer-centric mindset aligned to Suncorp New Zealands values and risk culture
