Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager in Bucharest were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and safety expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic adaptable and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a critical role in supporting project management teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering industrial and supplier quality teams) establish and implement quality plans and foster collaboration within the project quality community among other responsibilities.

Youll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with safety assessments and project deliverables but also drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Well look to you for:

  • Acting as the interface with customer quality and safety teams
  • Establishing and applying the Project Quality Plan
  • Ensuring criticality assessments of sub-systems for safety and quality assurance
  • Coordinating project quality activities across teams
  • Providing quality awareness and organizing quality-related training
  • Supporting project audits and vendor quality systems compliance
  • Managing non-conformities and safety issues
  • Facilitating problem-solving to reduce costs of non-quality
  • Implementing corrective and preventive action systems
  • Monitoring and improving project quality performance
