As our Quality Leader youll shape implement and elevate the standards defined by our Quality Management System making a direct impact on product reliability customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across our operations.
What Youll Do:
Lead & Inspire
Drive Quality Performance
Monitor key quality KPIs: customer incidents PPM (internal & external) scrap cost and more.
Define robust methods to measure and track process performance.
Represent the company in customer complaint situations ensuring our quality strategy is upheld.
Strengthen Processes & Standards
Develop update and optimize system procedures work instructions and internal documentation.
Coordinate internal process and product audits and lead the creation of improvement action plans.
Ensure compliance across manufacturing with quality procedures standards and control plans.
Enhance Control & Traceability
Oversee inspections and quality checks throughout processing and assembly stages.
Manage traceability and nonconformity flow including scrap monitoring.
Block deliveries when products dont meet required specifications ensuring only topquality output.
Champion Continuous Improvement
Initiate corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
Review and update process capability data; assess capability for new products/processes.
Participate in the development and validation of Process FMEAs and internal process approvals.
Grow Skills & Compliance
What We Need:
- Experience:2 years in automotive industry or related experience;
- Education:Bachelors Degree or above in either internal combustion engine or turbomachinery or related work experience
- Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency
- Tools: Six sigma Green Belt will be a plus
