Job Summary

Venair () is a leading engineering and manufacturing company of silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for the most demanding sectors such as pharmaceuticals biotechnology fuel cells and aerospace.

We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 28 sales branches distributed in Europe Africa Asia and America 3 manufacturing centers and employs more than 300 people around the world.

What are we looking for

Due to our fast international expansion we are seeking a Sales Executive for the Sales branch in Atasehir Turkey. In this project you will collaborate closely with the central team and maintain continuous communication.

Ideally the candidate should have experience in selling industrial B2B products / solutions or process equipment to end users OEM and Engineering firms in these fields.

Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls engage with specified customer segments and drive sales growth in assigned areas.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to provide exceptional customer service to generate future sales opportunities.

  • Customer prospecting to identify and pursue new business opportunities through the entire sales cycle to close new business such as prospection cold calling business trips quotations follow-ups sales closure and payment collection.

  • Frequent visits and communication to the assigned areas.

  • Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.

  • Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.

  • Regularly update the CRM system (Salesforce) with all commercial activities and efforts.

  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).

  • Other sales tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Business Administration Science Economics Engineering or similar).

  • B2B Sales Experience - 1 to 2 years with a proven track record.

  • Reside within the area.

  • Driving license class B mandatory.

  • Proficiency in English and Turkey.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • CRM experience (Salesforce will be a plus).

  • Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
