We are looking for a hands-on Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance of our partners first location in Ankara. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution at site level and acts as the key point of contact between the Ankara operation and the headquarters.
The position reports directly to HQ leadership and does not carry country-level or multi-site responsibility. The ideal candidate is a Senior Manager or Director-level professional who combines strong commercial ownership with operational discipline and enjoys being closely involved in daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Customer Management
Personally manage and oversee the full sales pipeline (lead tour offer close) ensuring target conversion rates.
Develop and maintain corporate client and broker/agency relationships to drive recurring revenue.
Prepare pricing campaign and discount recommendations in line with HQ frameworks and approval processes.
Ensure seamless member onboarding/offboarding and continuous improvement of NPS and feedback loops.
Operations & Service Quality
Oversee daily site operations (front desk/community hospitality cleaning security technical/FM) through internal teams and outsourced partners.
Monitor SLA performance and coordinate corrective actions where needed.
Implement HSE emergency and business continuity procedures aligned with global standards.
Coordinate local compliance topics (labor law permits leasing data protection) in collaboration with central teams.
Finance & Reporting
Own site-level revenue and cost performance within the approved budget.
Track monthly P&L cash flow and collections; flag risks and improvement opportunities.
Prepare weekly funnel & NPS reports monthly performance summaries and structured updates for HQ.
Team & Leadership
Lead and develop sales customer experience and operations/hospitality teams.
Act as a role model for a hands-on performance-driven culture.
Manage supplier and outsourced contracts and ensure service quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management Marketing or a related field
710 years of experience in service-driven operations (hospitality real estate coworking flexible offices or similar); pre-opening experience is a plus
Proven experience in site-level P&L ownership and commercial execution
Strong CRM/ERP and reporting skills (Excel / BI tools)
Experience managing outsourced services and SLAs
Turkish (native/fluent)
English (advanced written & reporting)
