The Global QA Team at our Fulfilment Centres are a key component in the continuing success at . They are the final point to ensure our products are the best quality they can possibly be and that customers get great value for money.
This role will be supporting the Global Head of QI & QA in management of all processes and working activities related to Quality Assurance Supplier Audits and systems enhancement while delivering proactive operational work.
Based in Turkiye QCC this role will require to travel to all Turkish suppliers on regular basis and occasionally to our global fulfilment centres and sourcing Markets to carry out AQL inspections.
What youll be doing...
- Carry out the AQL inspections on received stock and sourcing markets if required.
- Supplier/Factory audits Inline Inspection Final AQL and QA related support as required by ASOS.
- Customer returns and complaints management support on site QA audits to support ASOS quality standards and returns reduction.
- Stock sortation for Quality Issues or as required by Line Manager.
- Planning styles / Checking stock qty /Retrieving stock from location for AQL inspection.
- Provide expertise to Warehouse teams to achieve a successful outcome when dealing with quality issue.
- Upload Quality data in ASOS designated platforms.
- Support Technical team with failed inspections deep dive into fault reasons to understand areal cause of failure
- Monitor priority list to ensure failed stock /stock for rework is actioned in a timely manner to ensure QA locked stock - N/A stock is kept to a minimum
- Admin tasks checking for system data documentation and related items for smooth process flow.
- Flexible in availability for work on weekends or extra hours if occasionally required to cover peaks or urgent business needs.
- Support QA projects as and when required

You bring strong technical knowledge attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment. With experience in quality assurance and a collaborative approach youre confident working with systems partners and processes to maintain high standards.
Youll also be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of QA management systems and standards
- Fluency in English language with strong reading and writing skills is required.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and be able to drive.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and digital platforms
- Good colour perception (Munsell Hue test is a must)
- Experience working with a global clothing retailer
- Ability to collaborate with third-party providers to ensure best practice
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions quickly
- Confidence in making decisions on AQL inspections
- Excellent communication skills including working with partners.
- Adaptability to change and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel globally when required
