Job Summary

Assistant Manager HR (Payroll):

Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Strong knowledge of Payroll Compliance (PF ESI PT LWF IT)
Experience in handling white-collar employees for payroll and compliance
Exposure to HRMS payroll systems
Strong Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Multiple If Conditions Etc. )
Experience in handling statutory audits and documentation
Ability to manage payroll reconciliations and data accuracy checks
