We are hiring an HR Executive to handle recruitment payroll processing employee records compliance and worker management to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment onboarding and employee records.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PF ESI labor laws).
- Implement HR policies and handle administrative tasks.
- Address worker grievances and coordinate workforce management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in HR (preferred).
- Education: Bachelors in HR or related field.
- Skills: Payroll processing compliance knowledge strong communication.
