Key Responsibilities: |
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for roles in electroplating and chemical manufacturing.
- Post job openings on job boards social media and company website.
- Screen resumes conduct phone screenings and arrange interviews.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback.
- Discuss and negotiate salary expectations with candidates.
- Present and explain compensation packages including benefits and incentives.
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding process and support various HR tasks.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretion
