About the Opportunity

Join an on-site HR team in India where you will gain end-to-end exposure to talent acquisition onboarding HR operations and basic analytics. This internship is designed for high-energy candidates who want practical HR experience mentorship from seasoned HR professionals and direct ownership of meaningful HR tasks that impact business delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment: screen CVs coordinate interviews manage candidate communication and update the ATS.
  • Assist onboarding activities: prepare offer documentation track new-joiner paperwork and coordinate induction schedules.
  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee records (attendance leave personal data) with high accuracy.
  • Collect and prepare payroll inputs and statutory compliance data for HR/payroll team review.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in organising internal events and communications.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and basic analytics (headcount joining/leaving attendance trends) to support HR decision-making.

Additional Qualifications (to be included as part of application): Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Human Resources Psychology Commerce or related discipline; strong verbal and written communication; willingness to work on-site in India.
