About the Opportunity
Join an on-site HR team in India where you will gain end-to-end exposure to talent acquisition onboarding HR operations and basic analytics. This internship is designed for high-energy candidates who want practical HR experience mentorship from seasoned HR professionals and direct ownership of meaningful HR tasks that impact business delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: screen CVs coordinate interviews manage candidate communication and update the ATS.
- Assist onboarding activities: prepare offer documentation track new-joiner paperwork and coordinate induction schedules.
- Maintain and update HRIS and employee records (attendance leave personal data) with high accuracy.
- Collect and prepare payroll inputs and statutory compliance data for HR/payroll team review.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and assist in organising internal events and communications.
- Prepare regular HR reports and basic analytics (headcount joining/leaving attendance trends) to support HR decision-making.
